CUSTOMER FEEDBACK INSPIRES NEW FOLDING SUNSHADE DESIGN

Custom Products of Litchfield, Inc. announces a new and improved design of their lightweight bimini sunshade at the EXPO and GIE trade shows in October and November of 2006.

The original bimini was a lightweight, durable solution designed to reduce frame stress from the addition of aftermarket sunshades. It was a rigid mount sunshade designed to not affect the center of gravity on commercial turf equipment. At last year's EXPO and GIE trade shows, customers commented on the bimini, stating they wanted a sunshade that was easier to remove when transporting their equipment.

Custom Products of Litchfield, Inc. has answered their customers' call to action and designed an easy to fold and remove bimini sunshade that they are unveiling at this year's turf trade shows. Custom Products developed this year's model with stronger, more durable tubing and a tension strap mount for easy removal. The new bimini easily folds and removes for transport in 2 simple steps. The new 7 pound, folding sunshade is a lightweight, durable, and cost effective solution to protect operators from sun and rain. The bimini is made from tear resistant, acrylic coated polyester, that withstands tears, sun, and rain.

"The feedback we got from the tradeshows last year really helped us to design a better product," said Randy Reinke, Vice President of Custom Products of Litchfield, Inc. "I am looking forward to this year's shows to see how else we can improve on customer satisfaction."

Custom Products began in Litchfield in 1959 as Reinke Sheet Metal & Manufacturing and has been building tractor cabs since 1962. Custom Products serves original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) of off-highway equipment and supplies them with cab enclosures, roll bars, sunshades and other fabricated sheet metal and tubing components. In addition, the company supplies the Cozy Cab brand of aftermarket cabs to implement dealers across the US.
